About this data
Intermediate consumption relates to use of a product as input into a production process. This indicator shows the proportion of goods and services required by each economic activity for its production process. For each product and each economic activity, it is calculated as Intermediate consumption at basic prices of a product by an economic activity / Total intermediate consumption at basic prices of the same economic activity . This indicator is calculated by the OECD from the Use table at basic prices reported to the OECD by countries in their answers to Supply and Use questionnaire. The dataset corresponds to SNA_TABLE45 dataset in the previous dissemination system.
