About this data
The OECD STRI heterogeneity indices complement the existing STRI's and presents indices of regulatory heterogeneity based on the rich information in the STRI regulatory database. The indices are built from assessing – for each country pair and each measure – whether or not the countries have the same regulation. For each country pair and each sector, the indices reflect the (weighted) share of measures for which the two countries have different regulation. A zip file containing the STRI indices for all countries and sectors available over 2014-2025 can be downloaded here: https://stats.oecd.org/wbos/fileview2.aspx?IDFile=a44489e3-f98d-4713-bcf1-bde86f3e6f9a
