It represents the surplus resources that are available for borrowing, or the deficit, which means that borrowing is required. The data is in US dollars converted using Purchasing Power Parities (PPPs) and in current prices. The indicators were presented in the previous dissemination system in the SNA_TABLE2 dataset.
